Triumphant Property Services was founded in 2005 by Managing Director Shannon Daniels. In an effort to create a commercial cleaning business that not only met but exceeded the expectations of its clients, Shannon envisioned a company whose attitude focussed around service and listening to the client. A service provider that didn't just do what was asked but also offered solutions to the problems facing its clients in regards to asset maintenance.
Since that time, Shannon's wealth of industry and contract management experience has seen Triumphant Property Services blossom into a thriving and ever growing asset maintenance business that services a number of high profile clients in the Perth Metropolitan Area. These clients include Blackburne Property Group, Realmark Commercial, CHU Underwriting Agencies and Joyce Property Investments.
In addition to commercial cleaning services the company now offers a broad range of solutions to complement the needs of our clients including Specialist IT Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Gardening and many other useful services. We service commercial, strata and office contracts, all with the attention to detail our clients come to expect from us.
