Triumphant Property Services prides itself on being an advocate of Green Work Practices and also its commitment to minimising the ecological footprint of the company and its clients. To this end, we focus on several key areas of our operations to ensure we are doing everything we can and these include:

• Safe storage practices associated with chemicals
• Correct wastewater disposal
• Protection of clients stormwater drains from contamination
• Promotion of recycling options through our allied service provider SITA Environmental Solutions
• Conservation of electricity through supplying energy efficient lighting options
• Use of low hazard and low toxicity cleaning products and processes where ever possible

In January of 2009 Triumphant Property Services was awarded Green Stamp accreditation by the Western Australian Government's Department of Environment. This is a process that assesses the work practices of companies and their impact on the environment. The process included an assessment of Triumphant Property Services' Environmental Policy and Procedures. This approval denotes us as an environmentally conscious business who is genuinely interested in helping to preserve our environment for future generations
