Shannon is currently the President of the Building Services Contractors Association of Australia WA Division (BSCAAWA). He has extensive experience in the cleaning industry spanning over 10years and has obtained nationally accredited certificates II, III and IV in Asset Maintenance - Cleaning Operations. Shannon is also a qualified Business Manager who liaises with both our clients, allied service providers and staff to ensure we continually meet and exceed our high standards of service. In his time as Managing Director, Shannon has received many accolades and had many achievements including being named The 2009 Business Master of the Year and his appointment as President of BSCAAWA, a role held by my many other captains of the cleaning and asset maintenance industry.
Anthony comes from a background in Sales and Training and has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience in these areas to the Triumphant Property Services team . He has nationally accredited qualifications in Training and Assessment, Telecommunications and Asset Maintenance - Cleaning Operations and has a passion for developing his skills . Anthony's talent for communicating the all levels of management, both within Triumphant Property Services as well as it's clients, has lead to his appointment to this role. At the 2010 AustralianSuper and Diversy Cleaning Industry Excellence Awards, Anthony was awards Triumphant Property Services Employee of the Year Award for his outstanding commitment to the growth of the company and the successes of all involved.
Mieke joined our team in 2010, providing a much needed resource to our ever growing business. Supporting both our management team and clients with her administrative skills, Mieke has become a valued asset to our team. With a background in bookkeeping and accounts as well as office management, she has been a welcome addition to the Triumphant Property Services family.
Our Projects Team is made up of a number of skilled cleaning professionals, trained in the use of specialised cleaning equipment and other specialist services. These team members are trained in house as well as having completed nationally accredited certificates at TAFE. Our Projects Team will tackle any job with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a reliable and satisfying result.
Our Operations team is responsible for staffing and managing our contracts on an ongoing basis. Using various government job agencies, Triumphant Property Services is proud to promote the employment of people with disabilities and provide them with support and training tailored to their needs. All members of our team undergo continual training and monitoring to ensure we consistently deliver a high level of quality service.
