One of the difficulties we face is that we are not in control of the workplace because we provide services to and on our client's premises. To overcome this, we have implemented hazard identification and reporting systems that inform both Triumphant Property Services and the Property Manager or owner of any potential hazards. Where able, we also can provide solutions to these hazards either through our projects team or one of our allied service providers.
Every one of our sites has a Safety and Operations Manual, informing our team members of safety information, safe work practices, and a site specific scope of works. In addition to this, all staff must complete our company induction process which not only includes both our own processes and procedures but also those of the WA Cleaning Industry. Our Safety Policy has been designed in consultation with staff and external specialists to ensure we cover all aspects of safety that apply to our business.
