However, she is everywhere, in the way the place looks – and smells clean and fresh. I got into the lift the other day on the east side – and it was so different. I am also told that she is cheerful and easy to communicate with – and that makes so much difference to the Council, who together with you are striving to make 118 Royal St a pleasant place to live in. This improvement has been noted by others as well.

"I am most impressed with the cleaner who was here today. I sat in Sip drinking coffee with a friend and watched her clean the outside of the building on Eastbrook Terrace very efficiently. You should have seen the dust fly off the sills and it was well after 11.30. When I returned to my apartment the dirty marks on the foyer tiles had all gone too!

A GREAT MOMENT
Today I was told by a man who I think works in the offices beside the lane & I see him regularly : "'You are always running around working hard and you do such a fantastic job all the pavers are alway clean and the garden looks lovely you should feel very proud of the great job you do."'
I really appreciated his comment as it was from a person that just has a cigarette out near the garden everyday but has noticed the effort I put in.
It was great.

Just a quick note to say that the gardens at 84 Subi Rd are looking really good at the moment so I just wanted to say thank you for your ongoing hard work from you and your team. I am especially impressed by the grass in the spa area - it hasn't looked so great for ages. And the internal garden courtyards are looking very healthy and green.
